Competitive GRANT

Washoe Housing Authority was awarded a competitive grant to complete the infrastructure for the remainder of the Stewart parcel and construction of two new homes on that parcel. Planning and bid process is in progress for 2025. infrastructure is envisioned for 2026.

LIHTC – stewart

The Low Income Housing Tax-Credit (LIHTC) project in Stewart includes 20 single family homes and a community center. The project included architectural design, engineering, infrastructure and construction. There was a combination of funding sources for this project. The homes are all three bedroom homes with a garage and fenced yard. The homes were completed in 2024 and the community center will be completed in 2025. Landscaping is continuing in 2025.
